Lack of Board Support
There is little support for the Special Act among elected boards, except for the Board of Selectmen which will have its power enhanced by this Act.

Natural Resources Commission, 5 NO Votes, 0 YES Votes
Recreation Commission, 4 No Votes, 1 YES Vote
Planning Board (5 members), Board of Public Works (3 members), Board of Assessors (3 members)
